Uvac Canyon in the southwest is one of Europe's most accessible griffon vulture colonies — boat cruises glide through dramatic limestone meanders where vultures soar at eye level. Tara National Park and the Jadovnik highlands hold brown bears, wolves and lynx, with professionally managed hides for bear photography.
